ND2NO Licensing Business Model

A ND2Nov2 license enables you, the licensee, to operate a ND2NO VERTICAL business. You pay a licensing fee and you receive a technology system developed by ND2NO NETWORK, LLC.  You will have the right to use the licencor name and technology in a private label setting, for a specific number of years and assistance. For example, ND2NO NETWORK, LLC will provide you with help in finding a vertical space for your portal; initial training, supporting documentation; and advice on management, marketing or personnel. ND2NOv2 will provide support through periodic updates,  state of the art technology and scheduled workshops or seminars. Owning a ND2NOv2 license comes with defined costs, licencor controls and contractual obligations. Costs In exchange for the right to use the licencor's technology and benefit from the licencor's assistance, you will pay some or all of the following depending on your VERTICAL PORTAL CHOICE:

Initial Licensing Fee Your initial licensing fee will typically range from $1400 - $2500 and will be non-refundable. You may finance this expenditure in house with ND2NO for a 12 month period.  You may also face costs to rent, build, and equip office space and to buy marketing platforms. You also may have to pay for a “Launch ” fee to the licencor to promote your new vertical.

For example, if you own a retail vertical license, you may not be able to make any changes to your main directory menu. If you own a city vertical license, you may not be able to sell beyond the city’s boundaries.

Restrictions on Method of Operation ND2NOv2 will require that you operate in a particular way. ND2NOv2 will dictate; look and feel of online presence, menu options, technology capacity, pre-approval of marketing strategy and implementation (including social media posts) signs, and certain accounting or bookkeeping procedures.

Restrictions on Sales Area A ND2NOv2 license will limit your business to a specific online demographic or industry.

Contractual Obligations  Licensing contracts last only for the number of years stated in the contract. You can lose the right to your licensing if you don’t comply with the contract and you won’t have a right to renew unless the licensor gives you that right.

Terminations ND2NO NETWORK, LLC can end your licensing agreement for a variety of reasons, including your failure to pay royalties or abide by performance standards and sales restrictions. ND2NO NETWORK, LLC will give you a chance to “cure” an occasional failure to comply (like making one late payment) but keep the right to terminate your licensing for other failures. If your licensing is terminated, you’re likely to lose your entire investment.
